IAmAUser4Real OPThese is are some exercise that I'm doing, twice a day, 6 day a week, to slightly increase my dick size; currently starting from a 7"/18cm lenght and a 5"/15cm girth. During the afternoon run, I use these only as a warm-up to some more prolonged exercises (will post later on). Note that after the Helicopter exercise you better want to have a "cool down" time to not have a rock hard dick before proceeding to the actual exercises. Similarly, before doing the last one, wait around 30sec/1min. To get better results keep in mind that the more time spent on the exercise, better results will come.
